Non Hosted Rental:
Your group rents the cabin and provides their own meals, and all “standard” housekeeping activities.
$65 per night per person, 4 night minimum
- Minimum $520 per night equivalent to 8 guests for groups less than 8.
- Accommodations for 12.
Price includes TOT tax, (Transient Occupancy Tax) required by the City of South Lake Tahoe.
$350 Security Deposit required to hold your date at time of signed contract.
- Deposit is fully refundable once Cabin is visually inspected.
• Minimal light Cleanup required upon departure.

No Pets / No Children under the age of 18 / No Smoking or Sub-Leasing

With your input, we do all the meal planning, shopping cooking and clean-up, allowing you to focus on what you are there for; FUN and Crafting! Additionally we do ALL housekeeping services during and after your stay. Just Plug IN and leave the rest to us.
• Dinner on your day of arrival, breakfast on the day of your departure.
- Two meals on all days in between with Snacks and beverages all day long!
- Light Afternoon snack, (Many think is nearly a lunch!)
• When you are ready to leave, pack up and leave the cleaning to us!

Primary Housekeeping services
TOT tax, (Transient Occupancy Tax) required by the City of South Lake Tahoe on the "Renal portion of the retreat".
Guests are still required to do minimal clean-up when leaving.
Cancellation, Payment and refund Policy:
o Final Payment is due three weeks prior to Arrival date
o Cancellation requests made in writing, prior to the final payment/cancellation date
will receive a Full refund of their deposit.
o Requests to cancel your Rental Reservation entirely after final payment has been
made will forfeit HALF the full rental cost; including Food and Services if applicable.
o Security Deposit will be returned after the House has been Visually inspected.
o NO reduction in the number of booked attendees can be made AFTER cancellation
date, and still receive a refund. Additional attendees can only be added with
• Returned checks will be subject to a $60.00 processing fee.
